What should I have with me during a session?
You may have a pen and a notebook/journal/ipad/etc so you can write notes as the reading progresses. You may have your questions as prepared prior to your session. You may have an audio recorder to record the question and answer part of your reading/healing (Ana Maria will let you know when to start recording).
You may have socks and comfortable clothing for any healing session, meditation or yoga class/workshop. Most importantly a smile and a willingness to open and receive guidance and healing from your Soul, Angels, Guides and the Archangels.

Can I record my session?
The client is solely responsible for recording the session. We do not endorse nor recommend recording your session. The client is solely responsible for any note taking of the session. If the client wishes to he/she may bring a notebook and pen in case he/she wishes to take notes.
Questions for your Angels and Akashic Records:
Answers, details and specific guidance can easily be provided by your Angels and Guides as you ask them questions directly during a session with Ana Maria. It is recommended (however, it is not required) that you prepare questions for your Angels and/or Akashic Records prior to your session, so you may get the most out of your reading.
Questions may cover any topics such as career, money, love, relationships, family, health and wellness, life purpose and direction, past lives, current issues you are facing, etc. You can be as specific in your questions as you prefer. It is recommended that you prioritize your questions as there is a time limit to your reading, and you may also want to ask that which is most important for you to know first so we make sure to cover it. You may also want to bring your list of questions with you the day of your reading.

What are the Akashic Records?
The Akashic Records are a Sacred field of energy where all the past, present and future of you as a Soul can be found. It is often referred to as the "Book of Life." The Akashic Records are the conscious, living records of all that is and all that has been. It is often compared to as a library of information. The past, present and future are all happening right now. The Akashic Records are available to provide answers about all questions pertaining to your Soul and its evolution through time and space.
In order for Ana Maria to enter your Akashic Records, you must provide your current legal name as it appears in your country of residence's passport or driving license. Your current name exists in the Akashic Records as an energetic fingerprint of who you currently are.

Yes, Angels and Archangels exists.
Angels and Archangels are often depicted as human-like figures. In my work, I have
experienced Angels and Archangels to manifest visually in a form that would be most beneficial for my client to experience. They will appear as human-like, or as an animal, a symbol or pure energy streams of brilliant color.
I’ve asked the Angels what do they really look like without our human filters and I’ve been told…”We are one. We are a stream of loving, peaceful consciousness that flows through all things. You are never alone. You are part of us and we are part of you.” The intelligent Universe/God Awareness knows exactly what you need and will approach you in a way that works best for you.
In essence, Grace is like the Ocean and we are a drop of water within that Ocean. In this metaphor, one drop of Ocean water holds the whole essence of the Ocean within it; the Ocean holds all drops of water as one single stream…total oneness and total consciousness. Thus, we are one and yet we are unique, and individual. When we know ourselves to be the Ocean as well as the individual drop of water, then we are aware of ourselves as interconnected, whole and complete.

He’s name means “Who is like God” or “Who is as God.”He helps you discover, recognize and fulfill your Life Purpose, by inspiring you to have courage, strength and direction as you follow it. Archangel Michael protects, guides and inspires you to be all that you can be in this lifetime.
Archangel Raphael’s name means “God heals.” He brings healing into the physical, emotional and mental levels. He promotes health and wellness in all living beings. He restores balance and wellbeing as He assists doctors, nurses, veterinarians, intuitive healers, shamans, and all people who work healing.
Archangel Gabriel’s name means "God is mighty" or "the strength/power of God." He is a messenger of God. He helps writers, journalists, teachers, artists and communicators to
receive guidance in their crafts. He assists with fertility, pregnancy, creativity, communication and divine guidance.

Angels do not have "Earth" Names. Angels are servants of God. The Archangel's names are descriptions of their specific work for God. These names were assigned and have a specific purpose. However, there is a sound, color, light, energy signature to each identity in the Universe. We are unique and individual and yet part of the whole.
A human-like name does not beginning to even describe the essence of the total consciousness that is your Soul, nor can it describe or identify an Angel. Angels have no Earth Names, because they don't have a physical form. They are part of the Total Consciousness of Grace. You can ask your Angel to provide you with a name so that it is easiest for you to contact them.
